• We can happily report that the Christmas Grand Charity Concert given jointly with the Luton Concert Orchestra and Luton Youth Cantores was a great success and has raised a considerable sum for the Luton-based LAMP charity (Luton Accommodation and Move-on Project).
• The choir will take a short break over the holiday period and recharge batteries for a full itinerary in 2012.
• Highlights will include a major concert for families and Partnership in Northampton during April, singing alongside our Dutch colleagues, the Riyssens Mannenkoor and also joining the massed choirs in the Fairfield Halls, Croydon; both latter events will occur during the summer.
• Plans are also crrystalising for our seventieth anniversary year in 2013 for a series of celebratory events - details will be posted nearer the date!
• May we finally wish our supporters-in-song a happy and prosperous year for 2012.
