Exeter Property Circle are hosting their next Networking Event in Exeter this month

Exeter Property Circle is a networking group for people working within property in and around Exeter.

Events are informal and a great way to meet new contacts and catch up with old ones in a friendly environment over a drink.

Please join us on 19th April at Exeter City FC for an evening of networking and drinks with Julian & Jamie.

We will be joined by Guest Speakers Julian Tagg ECFC President, Director of External Affairs & Exeter CITY Community Trust Chairman and Jamie Vittles, Chief Executive of Exeter CITY Community Trust.

Julian & Jamie will be talking all things Exeter, business and property as well as talking about the Exeter City Community Trust, one of the Charities we are happy to be supporting again this year.

Tickets are £12 and include a welcome drink on arrival.

Exeter Property Circle is non profit and all money raised is split between our 2 chosen charities, Exeter Chiefs Foundation & Exeter City Community Trust. Both charities do amazing work for our local communities so we are really pleased to be able to support them.

Anyone working within property in and around Exeter is welcome so please do spread the word and invite your colleagues along. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Tickets are now available for the next Exeter Property Circle Business Event.

Please join us for networking & drinks at The Quayside Distillery on 13th October 2022 between 5.30 and 7.30 pm.

We are joined by Guest Speakers James Miles & Michael Tilston from The Mortgage Quarter in Exeter.

They'll be sharing their industry insight using a fun quiz to give Exeter's property professionals an update on the property market and mortgage industry.

Quayside Distillery is also offering distillery tours to all attendees to allow people to learn all about their innovative distillation methods

Tickets are £12 and include a welcome drink of either prosecco / soft drink or a large G&T from the Quayside Distillery itself!

Family lawyers vs investment managers

A competitive spirit was in the air at Princesshay when a team from The Family Law Company challenged local investment management company Charles Stanley to a table tennis contest.

Lawyers and paralegals from the law firm played several games while taking the opportunity to make new contacts.

Business Development Director, Rachel Buckley said: “As a company, we enjoy finding alternative ways of networking with other business; we also think it’s important to promote ways of getting active.

“It's fortunate that we have table tennis close by in Princesshay, giving us a great excuse to get together with other local businesses.”

While the games were being played, a crowd of passers-by gathered to watch, asking the participants what the event was about

On Friday 22nd September, Southernhay Breakfast Club will welcome Cllr Phil Bialyk from Exeter City Council.

Councillor Bialyk is a Labour member for Exwick on Exeter City Council. He is Portfolio Holder for Health and Wellbeing, Communities and Sport.

He also has Responsibility for Bus Station Redevelopment, and is the councillor currently overseeing the major transformation of this key city centre site.

The city council is funding a state-of-the-art new leisure complex and a brand new Exeter Bus Station, and work is set to get underway shortly.

With the closure of the current bus station imminent, Cllr Bialyk will explain how the city will keep moving through the creation of temporary bus stands for passengers in the city centre.

He will also highlight the significance of the new developments planned at the site, which are part of an overall £115m development in partnership with the Crown Estate, aimed at regenerating this important city centre location.

The Southernhay Breakfast Club is a networking group for business people based in and around Southernhay in Exeter. It meets quarterly at the Southgate Hotel.

It is run by Beckworth Financial Services and Kirk Hills Accountants. Previous speakers have included the Met Office, Tony Rowe MBE, Michael Caines MBE, Quickes Cheese and Ben Bradshaw MP. It's free to join, you only pay for each session you attend.
